Invisible Hairline Strip — Human Hair

This is not a wig. It's a narrow strip of human hair hand-tied onto a skin-thin base, worn along the front hairline — either on its own to soften a receding edge, or under a wig to give the front a hairline that looks grown rather than sewn.

We've retitled it because it arrived described as a wig and it isn't one. If you're after full coverage, you want something from Human Hair or Synthetic instead.

What it's for

• Softening a thinning or receding front hairline
• Disguising the join at the front of a wig
• Adding baby hairs and a natural edge where a lace front looks too uniform

The details

• Hand-woven human hair on a biological-skin base
• Strip sizes 1.2x16cm and 1.5x16cm, in 4cm and 6cm hair lengths
• Also sold as a pack of adhesive film

Fitting it

Applied with adhesive film or wig glue along the hairline. It takes practice — give yourself a quiet evening the first time rather than trying it before you need to be somewhere.
