If you think something on this site copies work you own, send us a notice and we'll look into it. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice needs to include:

One caution: knowingly filing a false claim can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We remove material when a valid notice comes in, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Health and product information
Our guides on hair loss, hair care, and product use are general information, not medical advice.
Nothing we sell is meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including hair loss, and the FDA hasn't evaluated any claims about our products. Talk to a doctor or dermatologist before starting a treatment. Patch-test adhesives, removers, and sprays before using them fully, and stop using anything that irritates your skin.
What we don't promise
We provide this site and everything on it "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Prices and mistakes
We try to keep descriptions, photos, prices, and stock accurate, but errors happen. We can correct any of it at any time without notice — including after you've ordered — and we can cancel an order that was placed on wrong information. Colors also look different from screen to screen.

Reviews, ads, and affiliate links
Customer reviews, testimonials, and before-and-after photos show one person's experience. They're not a promise you'll get the same result.
If we're paid, given free product, or earning a commission on something we recommend, we'll say so right there with the content. That's what the FTC's endorsement rules (16 C.F.R. Part 255) require, and we'd want to know too.
