Welcome to Wear It Well, a wig store created with one simple idea in mind: everyone deserves to feel confident, comfortable, and good about themselves.
My name is Hank, and my journey to creating Wear It Well began while working in the medical field. During my time working with people, I saw men and women from all different backgrounds wearing wigs. I noticed that wigs could be an important part of someone's appearance, confidence, and personal style. Whether someone wore a wig because of hair loss, a medical journey, or simply because they wanted a new look, I saw how much a great hairstyle could mean to a person.
That got me thinking: why not create a store where people can find wigs they love and feel great wearing?
And that's how Wear It Well was born.

Who this shop is for
People who have never worn a wig before. Most of our customers are buying their first one, often in a week when they have very little energy for research. That's why Start Here exists — styles that go on in seconds, need no glue, and are forgiving while you learn.
People going through a medical journey. We're not a medical supplier and we don't pretend to be. What we are is a shop that will tell you what a cap is made of, what it feels like against a bare scalp, and when you'd be better served somewhere else. Our Hair Loss and Treatment page is the honest version, including where to find wigs free of charge.
Men, and anyone a wig shop usually overlooks. Hair loss doesn't check gender first, and most shops stock nothing short and unremarkable. We do.
People who just want different hair on Saturday. Equally welcome, and no explanation required.
How we try to earn it
Every product page states what it's made of, how it's built, whether it takes heat, and how to wash it. Not marketing adjectives — the things that decide whether you'll still be wearing it in a month. Our Fit Guide covers measuring your head, what the cap types mean, and what to wear underneath.
- Free shipping over $25. Most single wigs clear that on their own.
- Tracked delivery, every order. A real tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
- 30 days to change your mind. Items must come back unworn and in their original packaging — a worn wig can't be resold to anybody, and we won't pretend otherwise.
- Damaged or wrong on arrival? Message us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We replace it or refund it, and it costs you nothing.
- Discreet packaging. Plain outer packaging with no product description on the outside.
- Secure checkout. Payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Honest about the parts that aren't perfect
We're a new shop, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. There's no wall of five-star reviews here, because we haven't earned them yet, and we aren't going to invent them.
We'll also tell you where our range stops. Two thirds of our wigs have a lace front; the rest sit on a standard wefted cap — good over your own hair, and best worn with a liner underneath if your scalp is bare or tender. If you need a hand-tied monofilament cap for full-time wear on bare skin, ask us before you order.
